ListingAI is an AI-powered property listing copy generation tool designed for Australian real estate agents and agencies. The service generates marketing copy including property descriptions, social media captions, email blasts, and other content based on user-provided property details.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Trial abuse, including creating multiple accounts to extend free access, is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) plus GST. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree to use ListingAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Australian consumer law. You must not use the service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent property listings. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
Content generated by ListingAI using your property details is owned by you. SnP Digital Pty Ltd retains all rights to the ListingAI platform, software, and technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
ListingAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SnP Digital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ListingAI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Your use of ListingAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at snpdigitalptyltd@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
