We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, phone number, agency name, website), property details you enter to generate copy, and usage data including listings generated and subscription status. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes.
We use your information to provide and improve the ListingAI service, process payments through Stripe, send transactional emails including account confirmations, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We use Supabase for secure data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic for AI content generation. Property details you enter are sent to Anthropic's API to generate copy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level database security. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
